OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR Franchise
- We Will Trained Only One Person Per Franchisee.
- Total Training Duration Approx. 2- To 25 Days.
- All Types Of Bhel And ChaatAre Taught In The Training.
- (Training As Follows : All Vegetable Cutting, Customer Management, Talking To Customers, Making 2 Types Of Masala Making 4 Types Of Pastes, Preparing All Menus, Stock Management, Shop Management.)
- The Franchise Agreement Will Be For One Year, The Agreement Will Be Renewed Every Year.
- Shop Minimum 150 Sq. Foot Is Mandatory.
- The Interior of Datta Bhel Shop is Mandatory to Be Done in Our Style, The Entire Cost of Which Will Be Borne by the Franchise Owner. Party Will Have To Do Shop Painting And ACP Paneling Design As Per Company Criteria.
- Mandatory to Install CCTV Camera and Share It's Live Streaming with Us.
- Use of Online Billing System Is Mandatory.
- Datta Bhel Raw Materials Parcel Cost Of Goods Shall Be Borne By The Party.
- The Raw Material of Datta Bhels to Be Used Only For Your Branch.
- The Franchise Is Bound To Always Use Raw Material Source From Datta Bhel Factory.
- Adequate Instruction Will Be Given For The Growth Of Business And Regular Offers Should Be Followed.
- The Brand Name Datta Bhel Is Permitted To Be Used Only For One Branch Assigned To You.
- Franchise Fee and Training Fee are non-Refundable nor Transferable.
